Wiz Khalifa who I’ve been listening to ever since the beginning really hit it off with tons of people with his mixtape “Kush&Orange Juice” which was released last year on April 14th 2010. He has been around for awhile and just recently getting noticed by a big record label which is “Atlantic Records”. His type of music is mainly rap. He can do a lot of stuff with his music such as being on the chorus of a song such as “Retrosuperfuture part 2” which is pretty much all Rick Ross and Wale but Wiz is the chorus to that song. He has been compared to such rappers as “Snoop Dogg” who has made some collaborations with and working out a mixtape for a movie. He has a new album coming out on March 29th called “Rolling Papers” which will be his debut album that will be sold in stores. His music has changed a little bit from his older mixtapes “ Star Power” and “Flight School” which have a ton of songs that are auto tune to now mixtapes such as “ Cabin Fever” and “Kush&Orange Juice”. Many of his lyrics I cant really say but I got a few songs which I can say are my favorite songs From Wiz Khalifa. One of favorite songs from Wiz has to be “Never Been” off of the “Kush&Orange Juice” Mixtape. When I First listened to it I just connected to it and liked it right away. Another Song I really like is “Roll Up” which isn’t like the typical Wiz songs but it’s a good song because it’s different and the chorus is pretty much talking about this girl that whenever she calls or whatever that he’ll be there pretty much. A lot of people probably don’t like listening to Wiz because they think that he talks about the same stuff in his lyrics. Me personally I can listen to his music all day no matter what. He’s been my favorite artist since 7th grade. I been following his music for quite awhile now and I think its only been getting better and better. I have been waiting for his new album “Rolling Papers” because I think it will be his best music yet.
