I agree with Victor I like how B.o.B. takes rap and uses it but puts a spin on it. When I first heard B.o.B.’s work I really enjoyed it right from the start. I’m not a super huge fan of rap but there are some kinds I like and B.o.B.’s rap is the kind I like the most. B.o.B. has great music and some of their songs tell a story or teach a lesson like the song Generation Lost. In this song B.o.B. is sharing the opinion that rap has become something bad with the lyrics but that’s not the way it has to be. There is not much out there that’s like B.o.B.’s music it somewhat the only of its kind but I hope B.o.B. continues to make the same music. Other critics have said that their music can sometimes be worn out fast. I personally don’t think this is a problem even if all you had listened to was B.o.B. there is enough songs you could keep listening for a long time before wearing them out if you kept a good rotation. If you’re thinking about buying one of B.o.B.’s albums I would recommend it. This kind of music is a welcome change to rap and hopefully more artists like B.o.B. will show up in the future.
