I think that carter 3 is fire! Wayne kills it lyrical, and his punch lines are sick! it’s not a classic, but its pretty close. Weezy has improved a lot as a rapper since the first carter, only thing wrong with this album is that some of the beats are slack and album could’ve been a little longer. Other than that Carter 3 is a hot album. I must admit lil Wayne is best rapper in the game right now. Best tracks are shoot me down, a milli, let the best build, comfortable, Mr. Carter
