One of my favorite singers is Eminem. The type of music he sings is rap. The emotions and the feel of the albums is that it’s about someone going through drug problems and hits rock bottom and has a hard time getting out. It also has to do the struggles that he had as a younger kid and what his mom did to him and how he got robbed at a young age. It really doesn’t compare to any other songs because nobody really sings about what he sings about because it’s his own life and what has all gone in during it. Also singers these days sing about money and girls and what they have and he sings about the opposite, what he doesn’t have and what he wishes he had as a younger child and only one girl not girls. The lyrics that are memorable is “I don’t think she understands the sacrifices that I made, maybe if she acted right I would have stayed” talks about his girlfriend and she was a controlling freak and what he gave up to be with her and all she did was treat him like dirt and didn’t appreciate the things he did for her. In the Rolling stone they said that his music was inspirable and is the meaning of what it’s like to go through hard time. I agree with them because its exactly what people go through when they have a hard time when they don’t have something and everyone else is going somewhere in life and they aren’t going anywhere. My opinion is I think it’s worth the money. I think that a lot of people can relate to his music and what he has been through during his life and what they have been through.
