LMFAO is an electro-rap group from Los Angeles, CA. The group consists of rappers REDFOO (Stefan Gordy) and Sky Blu (Skyler Gordy). Summer of 2011 LMFAO released there album Sorry For Party Rocking. This album has major hits that makes you want to get up and dance! There songs are energetic as if you are in a club. There song “Party Rock Anthem” dominated the radio and was a summer hit of 2011. It was voted number four on Billboard 100 hits. Rollingstone critics voted the album with a two out of five stars. I disagree, because there songs hype you up and are just addictive! Even though most of there raps are about girls, drinking, and stupid things , there instrumentals just are amazing.They have a style that no other rappers have that makes them unique, and thats why i listen to them. There song "Im Sexy and I know it" is my favorite song. The song is so silly and just so fun to dance to! Thats another quality that makes the different, they put some humor in there tunes and there music videos. Entertainment Weekly critics gave this album a C-. Well like i said earlier i disagree. Not everyone is going to sing about love, rap, and life, some will sing about things that done matter because at the end of the day its about feeling good and enjoying yourself. Lmfao does a good job persuading that mood.
