Tupac Shakur pasted away in September of 1996 but his music did not go away. Before his death Tupac was known for his memorable lyrics in each of his songs. He was one of few artists who wrote songs about things that he has or will go through being an African American in America. Being an only son and only having his mother raise him it was tough. Having your father run out on you as a kid is not a good thing. His mom was a single mother living on welfare in the projects of Long Beach California where you hear gun shots left and right, where you could never be too safe. His mother working two jobs trying to support him and her was not easy. Tupac knew he had to do something so he moved out and got his “Hustle On” which is making money anyway possible. Tupac was different, he did not write with his mind, he wrote with his heart and did he have plenty of it. A song he wrote that almost any rap or R&B fan would recognize would be “Changes”. This song put Tupac on the charts as well as many others like “Dear Mama, Hit Em Up, and IAin’t Mad at Cha”. After his death he came out with six more chart noticeable albums. Most of the songs on the album were “Underground Music” which is music that an artist writes and does not want it to be noticed at the time. Which then producers then listened to and cleaned up, edit so a good quality song would be produced. Over the years there has been dispute weather Tupac is still alive or not. Some people say how can a dead person come out with over six albums of music and not be alive? While other people have looked deeply into his death and have found evidence that he is still alive at this very moment.
