Finding Nemo is a very good movie to show the message and theme of the importance of family and friends in life. I think the movie demonstrates this message more than any of the other ones. Marlins strong will and determination to find little Nemo demonstrate this theme greatly. Also, Dory helping Marlin, the fish at the dentist office that help Nemo, and even Crush and Squirt, who help Marlin and Dory along on their journey for Nemo. I think the way the movie displayed how children act towards overprotective parents, like Marlin, very well too. Children want to exert their independence, just like Nemo did by swimming to the dangerous area just to defy his dad. Marlin trying so desperately to save Nemo shows that parents will always love you, even if you defy and disobey them. Children and adults both can definitely benefit from viewing this movie, because the theme is not only meant for young children, but could be for teens and adults as well. Critics mostly say that Finding Nemo is a wonderful adventure that people everywhere will enjoy. The critics are right. Finding Nemo is a fun, whimsical adventure that you can enjoy alone, or in the presence of your friends and loved ones. Hailley expresses this very well in her review of Finding Nemo.
